Cositas creates handmade, custom pieces based on personal stories and requests. Each piece is made individually and may vary slightly in appearance.

All products are handmade and often custom-made. This means that small variations in color, shape, or detail are part of the process and not considered defects.

Orders are based on the information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details are correct before confirming an order.

Because many pieces are created specifically for a person or occasion, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Prices are communicated before confirmation of the order. Payment terms will be agreed individually, depending on the nature of the request.

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Estimated timelines will be shared before the order is confirmed.

Delivery is carried out through third-party providers. Cositas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping services once the item has been dispatched.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of the products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or there is a significant issue, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Products are intended for decorative or agreed purposes. Cositas is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, or use outside the intended context.
